Policy is an all-encompassing discipline that is based on the ideas of democratic design thinking, judicial decision-making, leveraging politico-historical knowledge, and using scientific evidencing. It is more than just a set of reforms - it is a dynamic and interactive system of intentions, approaches, schemes and measures that bring the state and the masses together into what we call a 'modern nation-state'.
